Vivir y disfrutar means to live and enjoy, this villa is supposed to be a place to relax, enjoy. The villa is located on the top of the hills, with stunning views on the mountains. the villa is located in Olivella (urbanication Mas Mestre), near Sitges and Barcelona. We believe that our villa is the perfect place to have a relaxed holiday. The surrounding is very quiet, the views are stunning, and the villa is equipped with all the conveniences to make it as comfortable as possible. A beautiful place to stay!
On this floor are the hall, the guesthouse and the garage located. The guesthouse consists out of two bedrooms, a bathroom, a diner, kitchen and a living. In this living you will find a TV with DVD-player. In the garage you will find the washing machine, dryer, iron and board.
On the first floor you will find three bedrooms and two bathrooms, the fully equipped kitchen and a large diner. The diner has a fireplace and vide to the living above. On this floor is also a big porch located with a great space for dining. Next to this is the pool area with wooden decking. It provides a lounge and a stone BBQ. We have deckchairs an outside couch and beanbags (fatboys) available. From the porch and the diner you can look over the hills.
On the second floor the living is located. It has a great large family couch where you can watch TV and DVDs. A DVD collection (150 DVDs, English spoken) is available. In the living is also a desk where you can work and use our wireless internet connection. Outside on the second floor is a great terrace and a very nice corner where you can sit with a glass of whine and dream away when you look over the hills and see the sunset.
